OK, we've been looking for a decent IPO to follow. Bill has been suggesting we diverify the portfolio (see forums) and even came up with a suggestion. Crocs are a pretty big rage in footwear. They have started filing for an IPO.

Tomorrow, AQNT releases earnings. The stock went a little crazy today, reaching a high of $23.25 and closing down 0.23 @ $22.48. There is a ton of speculation about what will happen tomorrow. The smart guess is that AQNT will announce earnings of 0.12, beating the estimates of 0.10. If true, the real question will be how the market will react to the news.

While we sold our GNBT at $0.95 for a decent profit. The stock has recently been hovering above the $1.00 mark. It seems that people are speculating that the company is trying to get some funding for avian flu vaccine development. I stumbled on the following article on the matter. WTR Announces Dividend and Split

Aqua America (WTR) recently concluded a board meeting and made a couple notable announcements. First, there will be a 4 for 3 stock split effective December 1, 2005. This means our 23 shares will become 30.67 shares. They also decided to raise the dividend 5% to $0.57/share. For us, this will be a $13.11 windfall!
